Returns (RMA) Form

OKSA Automation Ltd operate a Return Materials Authorisation (RMA) system, for traceability reasons when processing returned or faulty goods.

If a product is defective and requires repair, kindly fill in our returns form below and we will provide you with an RMA reference number. Please then return the goods enclosing a repair order detailing the nature of the fault, along with the RMA reference number.

There will be no charge for repairs if the product is still within warranty period.
