Description

The ICP DAS PET-7258 provides full networking capabilities, together with web-based user interface for easy configuration. The PET-7258 module can be remotely controlled using the Modbus TCP/UDP protocol via the Ethernet network. This makes the modules to be well integrated with HMI, SCADA, PLC, and other industrial control software systems.

The PET-7258 is a power over Ethernet with 8-channel isolated digital input module that can detect AC and DC signals (up to 250 VAC or 250 VDC). The signal is interpreted as logic high when an AC voltage which is over 80 VAC exists. Each module provides up to 2500 VDC of optical isolation and transient protection.
