Precise thermocouple measurement with high sampling speed

The ICP DAS USB-4000 series High Speed Thermocouple Measurement USB I/O Modules are now available at OKSA Automation Limited.

The USB-4000 series offers a simple plug-and-play operation with extremely accurate thermocouple measurement for a wide variety of industrial automation applications. This series is equipped with a 16-bit resolution, 100Hz per channel sampling speed, 3000 VDC intra-module isolation and automatically cold-junction compensation for each channel, which makes them ideal for precise thermocouple measurement applications.

The USB-4000 series support thermocouple sensors such as J, K, T, E, R, S, B, N, C, L, M and L_DIN43710 types, and these thermocouple sensors can be directly connected with the USB-4000 I/O modules.

The USB-4000 series comprise of 8-channel (USB-4018HS) and 16-channel (USB-4018HS-16) high speed thermocouple measurement modules with USB 2.0 Full-Speed (12 Mbps) interface. Free software utility is provided to allow users to easily configure the USB-4000 series without the need for any software coding.

The USB-4000 series is suitable for a variety of industrial applications including SMD assembly manufacturing, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, process control and monitoring.
