Extensive range of Profibus DP protocol converters

The ICP DAS I-7550-M and I-7550E-M converters are specially designed for the slave devices to support Profibus DP protocol in a wide range of industrial applications.

The I-7550-M offers three communication interfaces including RS-232, RS-422, and RS-485 and is equipped with hybrid COM 1 design, which allow users to quickly integrate serial devices into Profibus network.

The I-7550E-M allows the Profibus master to access TCP/UDP protocol Ethernet devices. This compact converter can be easily configured as TCP/UDP server or client via the built-in web server, providing users with flexible options to meet their specific application requirements. The rich features of  I-7550E-M enable users to effortlessly integrate Ethernet devices into Profibus network.

I-7550-M key features:

  • Supports PROFIBUS DP-V0 slave
  • Automatic detection of PROFIBUS transmission rate
  • Max. length of in/output data is 128 Bytes
  • COM Port driver has 100 KB QUEUE input buffer & 100 KB QUEUE output buffer
  • Built-in self-tuner ASIC controller on RS-422/485 port
  • The metal case provides enhanced protection against EMS or other electromagnetic noises

I-7550E-M key features:

  • Supports PROFIBUS DP-V0 slave
  • Automatic detection of PROFIBUS transmission rate
  • Max. length of in/output data is 240 Bytes
  • Support TCP/UDP Server/Client
  • Built-in web server supports setting parameters and viewing diagnostic information
  • The metal case provides enhanced protection against EMS or other electromagnetic noises
