The VDDC-8K10 8K HDMI EDID Copy plays an EDID emulating role and serves as a bridge of communication between the AV source (PC/ DVD Player) and the AV playback device (Monitor/ Projector). VDDC provides 4 sets of memory banks (1 Preset + 3 Custom) for EDID setting, including EDID Reading/ EDID Copy/ EDID Emulating procedure.

Based on the HDMI 2.1 specification, VDDC-8K10 displays the highest resolution of 7680×4320@60Hz ( 4:4:4 ), 48Gbps ( FRL6 ), and supports the latest HDMI 2.1 Technologies such as HDR/ VRR/ QMS/ QFT/ ALLM. VDDC Video Booster function amplifies the video signal and that enables users to extend the distance between the monitor and the source device. The unique EDID Export function allows the EDIDs stored in the memory banks to be easily transferred to the computer through a mini USB cable for advanced analysis.

Painless EDID FEEDER learning, Rextron VDDC series Auto EDID function eliminates the complicated process and provides Auto EDID Reading and Auto EDID Copy allowing beginners to learn painlessly. For advanced users, Rextron EDID emulation function mimics a screen connection (virtual screen) and force the devices to complete all normal operations without the need for an external monitor installation.
