USBX-M315 USB 3.2 Gen 1 Extender over CAT.X Cable with PD function, 100M ( PoC )

The Rextron USBX-M315 Type-C PD USB 3.0 extender extends two USB 3.0 device signals up to 70~100 meters (330 ft) over a CAT6A cable. Its unique features include a dual-host design with a host switching function, PoC support for PD in and PD out, and support for both USB-A and USB-C peripherals connection.

The USBX-M315 comprises of the USBX-315L (Local Unit, USB Host) and USBX-315R (Remote Unit, USB Device). The USB 3.0 extender consists of a local unit and a remote unit. It is plug-and-play and does not require any software installation. USBX-M315 works with major operating systems: Windows, Mac, and Linux.

Thanks to its dual-host design and host switching function, the USB 3.0 Extender allows users at both local and remote sites to instantly switch between two USB host ports by pressing a button. To protect connected USB peripherals, the cooling-down time during host switching is five seconds, after which the next PC (host port) is seamlessly switched to.

The Rextron USBX-M315 Type-C PD USB 3.0 Extender supports power-over-cable and USB power delivery functions. These functions enable the remote unit to draw power from the local unit.
