Industrial IoT Power Meter Concentrator – PMC-5200 series

The ICP DAS PMC-5200 series is a new generation of Power Meter Concentrators designed to meet the energy saving and carbon reduction trends in the industry 4.0 age.

These modules provide flexible integration with ICP DAS power meters via an RS-485 or Ethernet interface and features various functions such as measurement of the power consumption by the devices, energy usage analysis, power demand management, and alarm notification. The PMC-5200 series also features a built-in MicroSD card. After retrieving the power data from the power meter, it can be saved in a log file, which can then be automatically sent to the back-end management centre for data and statistical analysis.

It offers a user-friendly and intuitive web interface that allows you to implement an energy monitoring and management system with just a few clicks – no programming knowledge or skills are required.

The PMC-5200 series also supports the Modbus TCP/RTU, SNMP, FTP and MQTT protocols for seamless integration with back-end SCADA/MES/IT/IoT/Network Management systems, meaning that an administrator can monitor the status of the energy consumption by each device, and perform statistical analysis of the power information.
