The Rextron FXMS-M043 is a 4K HDMI Fiber KVM Extender that consists of a Transmitter (Host) and a Receiver (Device) unit, that allows the user to extend 4K HDMI Video, Audio, USB 2.0, IR and RS-232 signals over SC M-M fiber optic cabling. It transmits 4K HDMI video up to 1000 meters (3280 ft) through a single SC Duplex Multi-Mode fiber cable in a point to point configuration.

This compact 4K HDMI Fiber KVM Extender can be installed in minutes without any special programming. The benefits of FXMS-M043 Fiber KVM Extender includes EMI-free, long-distance transmission, and reliability; which makes it ideal for electronically “noisy” environments such as factory shop floors and medical applications. The unique resolution of 2048 x 2048 makes the FXMS-M043 suitable for air traffic control and marine radar applications.
